Scope

These terms apply to all orders placed through this store by consumers and business customers.

Contract

The presentation of goods is not a binding offer. By placing an order you make a binding offer; the contract is concluded when we confirm the order or dispatch the goods.

Prices and payment

All prices are final prices in euros; shipping is added at checkout. Payment is due on ordering, by the means offered at checkout.

Delivery and installation

Delivery is made to the address given by the customer. Wiring a fitting into a fixed ceiling or wall point is electrical work and is not included — have it connected by a qualified electrician. Shipping costs and delivery times are set out in the Shipping Policy.

Retention of title

The goods remain our property until paid for in full.

Right of withdrawal and warranty

Consumers have a 14-day right of withdrawal and 24 months of statutory liability for defects; see the Refund Policy.

Applicable law

German law applies. For consumers this does not affect the mandatory protection of the law of their country of residence.

Dispute resolution

We are neither obliged nor willing to take part in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board (§ 36 VSBG).
